Coffee Progress
If you’ve peeked behind the bar when you’ve placed a beer order, you might have seen our food prep station is looking a little different; namely, we now have an espresso machine, coffee grinders, and other coffee equipment.
We’re still working through fully developing our coffee program and rollout plan. As of right now, it’s critical that we hire a general manager with cafe experience to help us do things right (our mission is to raise the bar of bars, after all).
As for opening longer hours and offering coffee, it will be completely dependent on when we can hire a manager and team of baristas. I’m hopeful this will happen in the next month, but industry employment trends are working against us right now.
