Trivia Tuesdays
Trivia Tuesdays have been popping! Trivia runs from 6-8 p.m. and we really encourage you to show up between 5 and 5:30 if you want a seat! First place gets 30% off their bar tab. Second place gets 20% off their bar tab. Third place gets a $10 gift card. And, in true GBB fashion, we often through some extra brewery swag and goodies into the mix!
Infusion Nights
Near the end of every month, we’re hosting an infusion night. That’s when we run one of our beers through an infuser that we stuff with interesting ingredients. Past infusions have included Count Chocula cereal with a Peanut Butter Porter and coffee beans with a Kolsch. On February 23rd we’ll be infusing an IPA with SweeTARTS!
Weekly Raffle – Curated Six-Packs
We’ve added a little fun to our curated six-packs available in the reach-in cooler. For every curated six-pack you buy, you’ll get one raffle ticket (double raffle tickets on Friday). Every Monday, we post the winning raffle ticket to our Facebook and Instagram stories. If you win, you get your next curated six-pack on the house!
As a reminder of the curated six-packs: we have themed packs around light beers, dark beers, IPAs and sours!
Financials
January is a rough month for all bars and restaurants and ours is no exception. You can imagine that we’re hoping mother nature decides to only make it snow on Mondays (when we’re closed) or that spring arrives sooner than later so we can throw our patio chairs and tables outside for you!
In the meantime, the best way outside of swinging in for a beer for yourself (or as gifts for others) is to keep telling your friends and recommend they check us out for their nights out, parties, board game nights and such.

We’re really picky about awards we apply to. When we first opened you voted us as Wisconsin’s Greatest American Beer Bar on CraftBeer.com (and we won!), this time we’re tackling a more local award and one beer brewing-related opportunity!

MobCraft Beer: We submitted a recipe idea for a white stout and it needs your votes to become a reality. You can vote here.
In-person Tastings
We’ll be hosting in-person tastings at least once per month! This month will be a tasting focused entirely on IPAs (their history, hops role in the brewing process, different style guidelines and more) and will take place on February 16 at 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. It is $20 per person with only 12 spots available. Send a note to beerme@garthsbrewbar.com if you’re interested in attending.

Other Events To Look Out For
We’re talking collaboration beer releases, retailer pop ups (some of you remember our Milwaukee Maker pop up), brewery showcases (keep an eye out for one with Giant Jones this Friday the 11th) and different food pop ups. All events will be posted to our Facebook events page.
Every Week
Tuesday is trivia night from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and highly recommend you arrive at 5:30 or earlier to get a seat!
Wednesday is board game night where we welcome you to bring your own board games in and connect with other board game players.
Thursday we have our Date Night Special: Fraboni’s pizza and two beers for $25.
Friday is double raffle ticket night when you buy a curated six-pack.
