It has been a few beautiful months since our last progress update. We’ve been pouring our energy into launching specialty coffee to emphasize the “BREW” of Garth’s Brew Bar. In doing so, we’ve been blessed with new team members: beer and coffee geeks who give a damn.
SPECIALTY COFFEE
You can now get your hands on Wonderstate coffee on Monroe Street! We offer a rotating selection of single-origin pour overs, retail bags, drip (light and dark roasts), and espresso drinks.
For the decaf lovers, we’ll make a decaf pour over or decaf espresso drink, too.
Aaaand if that wasn’t enough, we’re also making our own cold brew with Wonderstate beans and serving it on nitro. It. Is. Delicious.
FOOD
We’ve partnered with Bloom Bake Shop for daily pastries, Wonder Cookie for daily sweets, and continue our relationship with Fraboni’s for pizza and Batch Bakehouse for soft pretzels.
Food truck update: Common Pasta will be joining us every Tuesday through the month of March from 6-8 p.m. We’ll also have Egg Naanana food cart on Saturday, April 15th. We’ll continue reaching out to more food trucks through spring.

As always, bringing food in is 100% cool with us. In fact, we encourage it so other restaurants who make food their focus can thrive. We’ll stay focused on the beverages.
EXPANDED HOURS
Beginning in March, we’ll be open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Specialty coffee is served from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.
ATMOSPHERE
It’s bliss to have our space open more hours in the day. So far we’ve seen folks coming in to work, read a book, start with coffee before switching to beer – in other words, the atmosphere is contagiously positive. All that it’s missing? You.
MERCHANDISE
There’s an online store you can order GBB swag from that will be open until March 15th. We’re offering some classics and other limited edition items – meaning, this is your one and only chance to get some of the swag before we get to work on ideating something new.
While merchandise has never been a money-making reason for us; the more that you buy, the more we’re able to reinvest right back into additional merch for you and our team members.

BOARD GAME MEET UP
Our board game section is amazing thanks to all the game input and requests from guests. To keep leveling up the board game experience at GBB, we’ll be hosting a board game night with Madison Beer & Board Games group on Thursdays from 5:30-9 p.m. starting March 16th. A representative from I’m Board Games in Middleton will be bringing a few new games each week and is happy to teach them as well as learn from others who bring their favorite games. All in all, you won’t be bored if you show up.
